We started in the web application services business beginning in 2001 providing retail businesses with browser based Point Of Sale and business management services in an ASP/SAS environment. Retailers were delighted with our application because it was fast and extremely easy to use without the hassles of conventional software. Our customer base grew quickly both nationally and internationally. We continued to add functionality and increase the features of our webbased application. Our application attracted other businesses outside of retail. After being approached by more than one wholesale distribution business and surveying the current business to business solutions available and the costs for purchasing, licensing, maintaining, and upgrading those wholesale software applications, it became very apparent that there was a huge need for a wholesale solution that delivered all of this functionality without the enormous costs.

We expanded our application to provide wholesale distribution and business to business functionality software services capitalizing on our extremely powerful retail application.
